📝 Return and Exchange Policy – Madarek Matbaa

We take pride in the quality of our products and the smallest details. If a return or exchange is needed, our policy is below:

🔁 First: Return Policy

• We accept return requests only if:
  • There is a printing error (for example, information that does not match what was confirmed).
  • The product has obvious damage caused by production or shipping.
• Return request period: within 3 days of receiving the order.
• Conditions:
  • The product must be in its original condition.
  • A clear photo showing the problem must be attached.
• Not eligible for return:
  • Products customised with the client's name or logo.
  • Errors caused by design files supplied by the client (such as spelling mistakes or low resolution).

🔄 Second: Exchange Policy

• The product is replaced if:
  • A fault or incorrect printing is confirmed.
  • A different product from the one ordered was sent.
• The client bears the shipping costs if the error is on their side.

⏱️ Timeframe:

• Return requests are answered within 24–48 hours.
• When a return is accepted, the client is compensated or the product is reprinted within 5–7 working days.

♻️ Important notes:

• Some printed products cannot be returned because they are customised to the client's order.
• We always recommend reviewing and approving the design proof before final printing.
